Redwood Pediatric Therapy Associates (RPTA) was established in 1994, and the baton passed on to two occupational therapists in 2017, Karen Smith and Justine Alcocer. With a staff of 22 therapists, it is the largest pediatric therapy clinic in the state, north of San Francisco. We have contracts with various schools in Sonoma County, as well as maintain a private clinic in Santa Rosa.

Our clinic space provides four large sunlit therapeutic gyms, a quiet assessment room, a full kitchen for feeding skills development, and a pleasant waiting room.  Its natural colors and wood toned floors provide a calming environment for children and their families. Our gym rooms have high ceilings and a unique overhead suspension lattice, which allows endless ways to hang specially designed therapy equipment and swings.  The floor area is padded with mats and soft climbing equipment, while appropriate height table and chairs make table work easy and inviting.​  We ask that you and your child bring clean socks to wear into the gym rooms. Our cleaning service uses non-toxic products and we strive to maintain a clean environment for everyone.
