When you first contact our office, we will ask you for basic information about your child, physician, and diagnosis (if applicable). If you choose to use insurance, we will determine if a prior authorization or precertification will be required.
Call us Through an intake questionnaire and phone interview, our Clinic Director will review your child's history to help determine how to proceed, including recommending the most appropriate assessments and therapist. Our office staff will then work to secure appropriate authorizations, and call to schedule your appointment. Kaiser members can be referred after an assessment by a Kaiser therapist.
Insurance Many insurance plans cover Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy services, but there may be certain conditions that apply, such as getting a doctor's referral or pre-authorization for services. Please call us to understand your options.
