When you first contact our office, we will ask you for basic information about your child, contact information, and the nature of your concern.  You may also speak with our clinic director to understand more about the services we provide, and determine if it is a right fit for you and your child.
     Moving forward, we request that you submit an Intake Questionnaire (click link below).  Upon submission of the form, your child will be placed on our waitlist.  The wait time can vary, depending on availability of therapists and your scheduling needs. Our office administrator will also advise you on obtaining a physician's referral, which is necessary before starting services.  Those choosing to self-pay will receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to the first appointment.

Insurance Providers

RPTA is in network with the following insurances:
 *Sutter
 *Tri-Care
If you have a plan that allows outside providers, we can provide you with a Superbill, which is a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company, according to your plan's guidelines for reimbursement.

All payments or co-payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made through our business office.
